DesertShot, Inc. was founded in El Paso, Texas in 2004. We are a registered business that owns and operates its own aircraft which is specifically equipped and insured for the purpose of aerial photography.

Our pilot is a commercial rated aviator with over 11000 hours of flight experience and has been flying in the El Paso area for 20 years.

Our photographer has been taking aerial photos of exciting places like Hawaii's Na Pali Coast, Alaskan Glaciers, all across the United States from San Francisco to New York City, Germany to Mexico.

DesertShot specializes in Digital Photography. Even though we can also shoot on 35mm negative film, the advantages of the digital media however, e.g. less time from photo to printed photo, ability for digital enhancement, proofs via email etc. lets us recommend this media.

We operate our own laboratory which enables us to create photos as big as 13 X 19 inches in minutes. Not your regular computer printer, our equipment uses dye colors on professional grade photo paper. Sharp images that last a long time.

We prefer Epson Paper and Dyes -guaranteed for 25 years (if placed under glass out of direct sunlight).

All our pictures are available on CD or DVD. We can resize the files to make them available for email.
